You will provide expert advice and stewardship on all aspects of organisational performance and culture, including leadership, team engagement, capability development and organisational change initiatives. Lead by example, embedding endota’s values of Intent, Connect, Truth and Balance while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and ownership.

- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, reward, and people governance across Australia & New Zealand.
- Lead and develop the People and Culture team to deliver exceptional people and business outcomes.
About You
You will be an experienced People leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery. You bring strong ownership, accountability and a clear focus on delivering outcomes. You lead with empathy while maintaining strong commercial judgement and pragmatism.
Your experience will include:

- Willingness to travel interstate or overseas as required to build relationships and support business operations.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations and compliance, ideally across a business with a frontline workforce.
- Experience working with employment legislation, industrial relations and compliance across New Zealand and a franchise environment would also be highly regarded.
